Why am I still being charged after you helped me cancel my plan?

Hi Dropbox
 
You recently (on march 20th) kindly helped me cancelling my subscription. (Davis #10429435). Thank you very much for that. 
Can you help me answering why Dropbox still withdrew the usual monthly amount from my bank account ?on march 24th? (90,37 DK kroner)

Hi @Mirjan, thanks for joining the Community!

 

If your subscription was cancelled by one of the support team, then most likely the transaction you’re seeing is from another account that hasn’t been cancelled.

 

Are you able to look up the transaction on the site to see which account it belongs to here?

Let me know what you find out!

Thanks for your answer

I am sorry to say, that it did not help me...

My subscription was cancelled by a very friendly guy form the support team, yes, but I only have one account from where the withdrawal has been done. 

Nevertheless I tryed to look up the transaction on the link, you sent, but it didn´t work.

 

Are you from the support team as well ?

I hope there is another way to find out wha is going on nd to make me sure, that the withdrawak will be refunded and stopped.
