Why can't I get the verification email so that I can share?

1.) When pressing command 'Share' the command appears 'Verify your email' Message will be sent to your email address [personal information removed]
     No emails have been sent to this email address
2.) I changed my email address to [personal information removed]  and no emails have been sent there either for verification
3.) I changed my password to [personal information removed] but no response. 
4.) I cannot remember other passwords to either address
 
So I cannot share a file I need to send urgently

Hi there @catherinevw, welcome to the Dropbox Community. 

Initially, please note that I've removed personal information you included in your post for security and privacy purposes as per our Community Guidelines

At first, I'd recommend checking the email address that your account is associated with by navigating to the General tab on the website. 

If you don't see it in your inbox, could you have a look at your spam folder as well?
