Why can't I upgrade my account?

I tried pretty much all cards I own to upgrade my account without success and got blocked for too many billing attempts. I can't afford to go a full 24h without dropbox syncing any way I can solve this fast? No idea why none of the cards were working.

Hi @aritamatos, thanks for messaging today!

If you're getting error messages when attempting to upgrade, have you checked if the payments were being rejected by the bank originally?

This will help me to assist further!

Hi Jay, My bank was indeed blocking the payments. Meanwhile it went through but it charged 4x more me for every attempt I made!!! Any way I can get a refund on all these charges??? This is crazy. Here's all the statements.

It wouldn't be possible to pay for the same plan multiple times, unless you're upgrading different accounts.

It's possible that three of the payments are cancelled and would be returning to your account.

However, if they haven't been refunded, as you're now on a paid plan, you can contact the support team to investigate this matter further.
