Why do I see a different pricing at the point of purchase?

Why do I see a different pricing at the point of purchase?

New member | Level 2

I opted to upgrade for 1 TB of storage @ $99 per year.  I went to PayPal to pay for it only to find the amount was upped to $119.  Glaring bait & switch.  What's going on?  Do you want my $99-business for not?

Due to this issue being billing related, I would like to suggest going through our support channel so that we can investigate this further.
