Why does drop box continue to charge me for trials after I have cancelled?

I signed up for a trial a couple of months ago and got charged despite cancelling in time. 

 

I obviously didn't learn second time around as I got charged again in December.

 

Then I found I am getting charged in January over a month after I cancelled. I appear to be charged under google and I signed up directly via drop box.

 

Is this how drop box makes its money? I.e. you sign up and just continue being charged. Should I be cancelling my debit card and deleting google play and drop box? (this seems like a scam)

I understand your frustration over this matter. Are you able to see the transaction on this page online?

Did you originally sign up directly on the Dropbox site, or via the Dropbox mobile app on an Android device, since you were charged by Google?

I can see 2 x trials and 1 x subscription. I was charged a second time by dropbox but it does not show.

If you were charged but it doesn't appear on the site, then you might have a second Dropbox account.

Could you try using the card lookup tool to locate this payment, if you paid directly on the Dropbox site?
