Why don't I get chat support while I'm on the Plus plan?

As a paying customer for the last seven years i am disatisfied that Dropbox still refuses chat support to a paying customer. Dropbox plus should have chat support.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out to us here with your feedback on this, I'm sure that there are others who must share the same request as you.

For us to gather and track feedback on your request, I'd suggest posting this in our "Share an idea" section here so that others can also add their 2 cents and upvote the idea.

Also, I'd like to mention that I was able to find your open ticket with our Support team, and I've just followed up there with you too.
