Why have I been charged by Dropbox?

Hi I have been chargen 112,50 Euros, all the withdrawal info is: Dropbox db.tt/cchelp. What does it mean? How can I claim a refund? Thank you

Becuase either you or someone with your payment information has started a paid subscription to Dropbox, or you started a free trial and failed to cancel it before it ended, which turns it into a paid subscription.

 

The link provided to you can be used to lookup the account associated with the charge. Once you have that information you can contact Support if there's a billing issue.
