Why my business (3TB) suddenly drop to 2GB? Can I know what is going on with my account? Need to talk to someone please.

Hi there @KUO800, I'm sorry to hear about that!

 

Is it possible the account was downgraded due to a missed payment, or cancellation?

 

Were you using a paid subscription, or a free trial?

 

Let me know and we'll take it from there!

Could you submit one from this link, using an incognito window, without being signed in to your account?
