Why so Basic? I've been paying for a paid subscription but it's not there

New member | Level 2

I've been a paying Dropbox customer for nearly three years now. Only recently I have noticed that though I'm getting the storage space for which I'm paying, my account is still considered basic, hence I can't access various features of the plus accounts, such as offline file access.

Anyone knows what to do? Thank you.

Dropboxer

Hey there @aviy, thanks for checking in.

Since each Dropbox account is connected to a unique email address, could it be that you've upgraded a different account?

You can cross-check which email address you've used to sign in to the Basic account with the email address you've been getting the notifications on, to see if they are two different ones.

Have a look through and let me know what you find, cheers!
