Why was I charged for my plan a second time?

I  thought the 99 dollar charge was a one tiime thing... I just got charged again on my credit card

In general, Dropbox paid subscriptions automatically renew until you downgrade them. You can find more details for individual (Plus/Professional) and Business team plans in the links respectively. 
 
If you want to cancel your plan, you can find more info here if you have a Plus/Professional subscription, or in this article if you’re under a Business one. If you’re not sure which plan is associated with your account, you can check that out by navigating to your Plan tab
 
If you have any further queries or you’re experiencing some trouble with this, please don’t hesitate to contact our Support team for more info due to account-specific info that’ll be required on the matter.
