Why was my Dropbox plan downgraded?

Why was my Dropbox plan downgraded?

Explorer | Level 3

Hi, my account was downgraded from Plus to Basic in 2017. Until today 20.08.2018 I paid 3 x $99 for the Plus account. Still on basic? wHAT4S WRONG? Why did you downgraded me without any reason?

 

Payments were automatically deducted from my paypal account on 21.03.2017 - 14.04.2017 and on 14.04.2018.

 

Support please help fix this issue.

You need to log a ticket and ask for support at www.dropbox.com/support

My account seems to have downgraded suddenly, any ideas?

Hi, i have logged in to my account yesterday, using another mobile, so i can get my photos off that phone. I have opened a new file uploaded a lot of data to it. Today, i tried to open the app on own phone, only to see that for some reason i was seamingly downgraded for no apperant reason, and also non of my data is to be seen. Could anyone please shed a light on this? I want to do a rewind, but it's only for dropbox plus, wich i am paying for, but with all the changes i can't use any of it's features. Thank you so much for any help!

Check that the account you've signed in to on your mobile is EXACTLY the same as the one on your computer - test it by uploading something and see if it appears on the other devices. 

My guess is you've accidentally set up a second account
