Why was my account disabled?

Explorer | Level 3

I bought Professional Plan . After uploading over 100 files , my account was disabled by Dropbox. I created ticket in support. The agent marked the ticket status to solved. But I didn't get any respones. I have already wait for over 2 days. Please help me. How can I get back my account and files. My files are really important. Please.

Unfortunately there isn't much else I can suggest here as further investigation would need discussion of account specific details. As this is a public community, we're not able to handle this further here and would need to redirect over to our support channel. Since you already have a ticket open with the team, please follow up there for further assistance.

Hey there @htethtesu151996,

Can you let me know if you're able to sign into your account at all? Are you receiving an error message perhaps when you try to? If so, please let me know what the error message is showing.

If you've forgotten your password then you can request a password reset from this page here.

Otherwise, if you can sign into Dropbox but don't see any of your files, can you check your account settings page here and ensure that you're signed in with the correct email address.

Finally, would you be able to provide me the ticket number that you have open with our Support team (eg. #1234567)?

I can't sign in. When I sign in with email and password, Dropbox return invalid email or password error. But when I sign in with Google, Dropbox returns " This account was disabled" , I attach screenshot.My ticket number is #9595142. The agent always  change the ticket status to "Solved" but I can't get no responses from him. My problem wasn't sovled. I can't still login . Please help me.

The agent always change the ticket status to "Solved" . But I didn't get any further instructions. How can I contact this agent directly? Can I trust DropBox Service Anymore. My files are important. I am really facing with big problems because of the trust on dropbox. How can I get back my account? How can I get responses or email from support team? If I can't get back my account, they shoud notify me with email or something. Why don't they do? Are they investigate my ticket? I had already wait for 2 days. The agent always ignore me. Please help me to get some response from support team.
