I cannot access my dropbox account. When I try to access, a message appears that the email or password is incorrect (but I am sure of the email and password). When I try to reset the password, a message appears that my account has been disabled. I have no idea why my account was disabled. I need to access my files urgently !! all of my work files are in my account. I can lose my job if I can't recover my files !!!!

Are you part of a Dropbox Business team, or was it a personal plan?
I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly by opening an incognito/private browsing window, while not signed into your account, and accessing this link. Make sure to enter the same email you use to login to Dropbox.
Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!
