Hi...I've lost all of my work due to coronavirus I'm self employed. £79 subs was charged to my account yesterday and I really can't afford to pay that in my circumstances. I didn't remember this payment was due now and wanted to ask if it could be refunded and my subscription cancelled. It's a lot of money for me to pay just now. Any advice would he greatly appreciated as it's difficult to know who to contact or how...thanks x

I’m sorry to hear about this matter. Could you let me know if you upgraded directly via the Dropbox site or via the mobile app?

 

According to your bank statement, were you charged by Dropbox, iTunes, or Google Play?
