I have just upgraded to Pro and I have installed it on my Mac. However the dropbox on my Mac says I only have 3.65 GB and won't let med upload more files or photos. What do I do?

How can I contact Dropbox? Is it possible to contact them to get help?

Did you upgrade the right account Bente?

www.dropbox.com/account will show what your account is currently.

Yes it is the right one. It shows the right size when I am logged on to Dropbox but on my Mac it doesn't so then I can't drag files over.

Is there a userguide which can be downloaded?

Tried what I already suggested which was a restart?

User guides are online only at www.dropbox.com/help
