2 issues--  I upgraded my account, and received confirmationa- but my account still has the old 2gb. It says I have no more room, I have deleted files - so I should have more room-- ut I've spent over an hour trying to re download, reboot-- nothing!  

 

2- the secondary email is wrong (cmn not com)-- so it will not verify correctly and I have no way to correct it-- all on-line directions are not helpful.   I am starting a project on Monday-- and NEED the added space that I have paid for-- How can I resolve this?

Hello there @successmom, I'm sorry to hear about the situation!

 

As a first step, let's focus on sorting out the account upgrade.

 

Can you let me know if the upgrade was made directly through Dropbox, or was it done through the Google/Apple app store via the Dropbox mobile app?

 

Also, if you check your plan page online, is it still showing as "Basic"?
