Dear all,

our account got hacked, password and email recovery has changes, so I cant get support from within my professional/paid account.
NO MS hotline I talked on the phone has any resources to assist me.
I can't reach anybody in person to asssist me. 
This ticket system hasn't helped either.

I understand your frustration over this matter. Do you have the ticket ID from when you contacted the support team to locate it in our system?
