goodmorning

 

i bought a subscription for plus account for a year, and i paid it through ideal.

i paid nearly 120.

my account won't upgrade i'm still at free 2gb.

can someone help me what to do to get my 2 tb

When did you upgrade your account? I'm guessing here, but since Ideal uses bank accounts for payment, you likely need to wait for the payment to clear the bank.

If I were you, I would try to locate the charge, using our self-serve look-up tool
