We purchased an upgrade [Removed as per Community Guidelines] but Dropbox has a notice "Your DM Tec Dropbox is full." at the top.

 

The storage space report indicates;

Your Personal Dropbox account is full    Using 51.96 GB of 2 GB

 

How do we deploy our Dropbox Plus (2TB) upgrade?
