Hi - our company corporate card was billed for the DB account of a user that has left the organisation.  I need to fnd out what the payment was for and if I cancel the subcription if my company will lose data etc.

 

Who can help?  I cannot access the users account as she has left but I have been billed...

Hello @jag123, thanks for reaching out to us here!

 

Since you have the billing info related to the charge, you can use our lookup tool with these steps to find what account the charge is associated with and the subscription.

 

Also, if you were to cancel this subscription then the data from the account won't be lost at all. The account will simply downgrade and will be over the storage limit.

 

If you have any trouble with the above, I'd suggest reaching out to our Support team by submitting a ticket from this page.
