Dropbox charged my credit card $11.99 on 10.14 and are still saying in an error message "We weren’t able to process your payment, so we moved you to a free plan. Resubscribe to your plan."  This is very frustrating because there are no Dropbox  representatives to clear this up.  there is absolutely no contact support or customer support at dropbox yet they have copies of your file information and you dont have access to them

For any billing queries or issues, you can submit a ticket from this link, without being signed in. 

 

Before you do though, could you check your Plan tab to see what subscription it says you are on?
