can't change date format


can't change date format

i'm trying to change the date format in my control panel. it is currently set at "MM/DD/YYYY" and i want to change it to "DD/MM/YYYY". this seems like it should be an incredibly simple operation : just select the format from the pull-down menu. however, when i do this, the error message "There was an error completing this request" appears in red at the top of the screen and nothing changes. i've tried several times within a 10-minute period.


i'd like to contact dropbox to advise them of the bug but there doesn't seem to be any way to do this from my acct, which is "dropbox basic". does anyone have an idea how i could troubleshoot this ?
