hello why is there no customer service number and why do they make it so hard to cancel? i need to unsubscribe within 5 days I have followed all the steps online for computer and mobile device

Can you please let me know what is reported in your account's plan tab?
If you see that you're on the Basic plan, then you must have another account associated with a different email address or you've already cancelled it successfully.
If you upgraded through our website, you can use our self served look-up tool to verify the email address that's associated with your billing information.
Let me know what you find in any case.
