I tried signing up for just an individual business plan and was going to do monthly. Well, next thing I know $600 is removed from my bank account. I cancelled my subscription immediately. And go figure, there is absolutely no one live to actually speak to. This is a joke. The lack of professionalism is beyond me. I just need to know what I need to do to have my money refunded to me immediately. I am a single mother of 2 on a low fixed income so that takes a huge chunk from my month for my kids. HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Did the system say it would refund you the money? If so they will, but, it'll take a few days to go back to your card - thats a limitation of the cards system and not Dropbox.

It never sent me anything. It shows cancelled at dropbox.com but i never received an email stating the cancellation or an email in regards to refund. And I cant get in touch with anyone.

Are you able to contact support directly, if you're on a Business plan? 

If you're not getting the option to submit a ticket, then your account might have already downgraded. What plan do you see on this page?

Yes that is where my problem comes. It was immediately downgraded to Dropbox Basic Plan. But I never received any notifications about it or anything. But the $600 was pulled from my checking account.

If it's been downgraded already, then it's most likely that a refund was made.

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend getting in contact with our support team directly to look into this matter in more detail.

You can do this by logging into your account, clicking this support link, scrolling down to 'Submit a help request', and providing as much info as possible.

Once you get a ticket ID from the automated response, please let me know the number here so I can locate it in our system!

Same issue with me....totally agree! Support is absolutely abysmal!! Round and round you go on the web site with no real answers anywhere!!  I don't think there are any 'live people' who actually work for Dropbox!  So so frustrating!!  Wish you the best!

As Jay mentioned, if you were downgraded already, a refund was likely issued. It takes a few days for your bank to process that and put the funds back. I'd suggest waiting 3 - 4 days and then check your account. If you don't see the refund by the 4th day, that's the time to contact Dropbox.

So this morning the $600 was credited to my account. Then a couple hours later it was taken back. 

WTF
