i am still being billed every month but which to stop using drop box. How can i get them to stop billing me?

Hi @chrislangridge, thanks for reaching out to us and sorry to hear about your frustration.

 

It sounds like you may have two Dropbox accounts. You can check out the email address and payment date connected to the charges by using our credit card charge lookup tool.
 
If you remember the relevant credentials associated with the account, you can try accessing it and cancelling the subscription by following these steps if it's a Plus/Professional, or these ones if it's a Business team. 
 
If you’d like to look into this a bit more in-depth, contact our Support team via this link using an incognito window, without signing in. 
 
If you'd like, you can also let me know the ticket ID you get (eg. #1234567) so that I can pass your comments along to the member of my team who’ll be reviewing this for you.

I have tried all of this.

 

Is there an email address where i can actually contact drop box and ask them to stop taking out the monthly payments?

As mentioned in my post above, to have a better look into this, you can contact our Support team by filling out the information requested in this link using an incognito window, without signing in.
