cannot access my account

Hello,
I have a m an account [removed per the Community's Guidelines] where I posted files.
Last time I accessed my account was about 2 months ago
I tried today but it looks like this account doesn't exist anymore
I badly need to access those files.

Can you please tell me or, even better, send me a screenshot of what you see when you try to login to your account, while making sure you don't show any personal info?

Thanks for the screenshot, although it looks like you're already signed in to your account, which is active. 

The banner you see is just a prompt for you to upgrade your account for more space.

it does but there were lot of files in this account that I don't see any more

Last time I transferred files was on February 13, 2021

Are you certain that you're signed in to the correct account? Could you have more than one, using a different email address?
