I need to change my previous email to my new email as my previous email has been permanently blocked. I also dont have the password of the previous email. So resetting my password and linking accounts is out of the option

Just to clarify, you're trying to change the email address within your Dropbox account, but you're not able to log in to that account because the previous email is no longer accessible?
If that's the case, you'll either need an active device that's already linked to your Dropbox account, or you'll need access to the previous email address so you can receive the reset information.
