Dropbox accounts & billing

I was told last month by tech support that the way to change from Business Team account to Business professional acct. was to let my team account expire (which it did last night) and then buy a new Business Pro account. But no one said how this is done, and since Dropbox appears to have no tech support on a Saturday, I stuck. When I pick, on the dropbox website, to *buy* a Business Pro account, the page that is served up is to register for a 2 gb personal acct. Why are they telling me to set up a personal account when I just want to go to a Business Pro? I can't get past this incredibly unintuitive point and thus my 1 Terabyte dropbox account files are in limbo. Please help.

Excellent. The "disband the team" idea was exactly what I needed. I wish someone had told me I had to do that step! Now that I did that, I was able to go into the menu of various plans and buy the Business Pro account, and now all my terabytes of data are back being synced. Bravo.
