closing a downgraded business account when I am the only member

I have a business account that was downgraded and I want to close it completely - i am the only member and the admin. how do i do that?

If this is a downgraded free team account, you should be able to leave the team by going here:

Otherwise, if your team is in locked state, you'll need to disband the team first and then once your account is an individual one, delete as desired. 

 

Regarding your support entitlements, you can have a look here for more information.

Hi - thanks for the pointer to the guidance, however,  step 2 -Contact Dropbox support to downgrade to a free team - how do I do that? When I click the link for 'contact dropbox support" i get sent to this page https://www.dropbox.com/support where I don't see any link to creating a ticket. I see I have no tickets, but where is the link to creating a ticket? all i appear to have access to is the community. - thanks
