delete my son's account with his permission, cannot remember his password

I want to delete my son's account from my computer. He has given me permission, but can't remember his password. I have a dropbox paper account but I can't access without changing my password while he is "using" the app on my computer. Plus he he has used all of the space. Please advise.

Hey there Becky, how are you today?

I think you're referring to a web session but, just to be sure, could you forward me a screenshot of what's troubling you along with the steps you take so I can get a better understanding of the matter at hand? 

In case you're using a web browser to access your account, I'd suggest trying an incognito window or another browser completely. 

Please let me know if I'm missing something here.
