deleted my entire account, can someone help me

My entire account was deleted on accident. It was an error between emails. We deleted the admin account because we thought it was assigned to my other email. I am attorney and have lost all of my files and do not know what to do. I have sent help emails and tried live chatting with a person named "Zach" who gave me zero help. I will pay anything to get my account recovered and my files back. Please help me.

Due to account-specific info required to investigate this matter for you, we’d have to continue this discussion via email. From what I understand, you’re already in touch with our Support team, in which case could you please provide me with the ticket number (which should be a 7-digit code)?
