Hi,
I am trying to upgrade my account to PLus.
(I think it was previously a "plus" account until I changed credit card).
As I have now a "basic" account, it is impossible to get any support.
Would anyone be able to advise why I am unable to upgrade? whenever I click on "upgrade", it sends me to login and then I am told that I have successfully accessing my account (except that I am trying to upgrade!)
Are people finding these 2 problems?
Maybe it is better to swtich to another storage app? any thoughts?
