I am trying to downgrade my account from Plus to a free account. I managed to do so on my linked laptop dropbox but six months on I discovered I am still being charged for a Plus account - checked my android phone to discover it is still a Plus account which I now can't cancel. I've been following all the user guides to downgrade on my android phone. The user guides indicate that I can cancel my plan but there is no option to do so on my phone.  Why can't I cancel the Plus account?

Hey @tessterina, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

It sounds like you may have more than one Dropbox accounts.
