ugh...
i have a dropbox account that i pay for every month.
i moved out of the city, and no longer have access to my email provided by my isp.
my old isp which provided my email has changed to spectrum.
spectrum no longer has the domain rights to my old email address, thus i can not do a password recovery.
i do not remember my password to get into dropbox.
i cannot log into dropbox to reset password.
i cannot re-enable my old email address due to the isp domain issue.
i cannot get ahold of anyone at dropbox to resolve this issue.
i am paying them monthly to hold my photo's, but cannot access them.
to create a ticket, i appears i need to be a paying customer, which i am... but not on this account...
what do i do about this issue?
im ready to just put a hold on the charges from dropbox to my credit card, but ideally i would like to have my pictures and keep an active subscription.
any help would be wonderful!
thanks!
Hi there @garageshop, I'm sorry to hear about the situation!
Just to cover all our bases, do you possibly have any devices still connected to this Dropbox account?
Otherwise, do you have any web sessions still signed into the account online?
Let me know and we can go from there!

yep, kind of figured so daphne, i spent so much time on this issue, with the same results, and have done a ticket, twice, with no results, now since i cant shut down my account myself, i just put a block on charges from dropbox, since it was my only possible way to stop this madness. i learned a good lesson though, dont pay for a service when they have absolutely no support, unless you pay way more for phone support, lol. cya dropbox, its been.... something. ill make sure i pull my stock from dropbox aswell, not that you would notice, but convictions are convictions am i right?
