I cancelled my subscription about 6 months ago.  I received a notice that my subscription will be renewed automatically.  How can I ensure this will not happen?

Hello @Reasoner, I'd be happy to look into this with you!

 

Generally, when you cancel a subscription, it will downgrade to a Dropbox Basic (free) account at the end of your billing cycle. 

 

If you followed these steps to cancelling your plan, did you receive an email confirmation with the subject line "Dropbox Plan will not renew" from no-reply@dropbox.com?

 

Check your inbox, spam, or trash folders in your email, and let me know what you find. Cheers!
