extra storage not credited

I purchased acer swift 3, on which dropbox was pre installed and was showing 100gb storage for 1 year, but after signing in storage is still 2gb

yes, 

i followed the steps...

there was pre installed dropbox aap in the taskbar... and it said 100gb storage for 1 year... 

i signed in trough that app and it downloaded dropbox for pc and when i signed in in pc version only 2 gb is showing...

is there no way to contact drobox???

i have tried but tht chatbot is useless and for phone support you have to upgrage to prenium...
