I started a business account on a free trial seven months ago while I was taking an online class, and the group posted a few things no one wants anymore. I did not renew the account and no one wants it or has ever used it since. But now I need to send a video file to the city water department, which only accepts them through Dropbox, and the old business account is keeping me from using Dropbox Basic for this one task. What do I do? Need help ASAP (like, yesterday!)
