getting billed for free trial

i keep getting billed for what was a free one month trial, even after i canceled it. i’ve tried to get a refund through apple but it didn’t work there. does anyone have any advice? thank you!

If you started the trial and subscription on your mobile device, then you'll need to go through Apple. Only they will have access to your billing information, since they're the ones that charged you.

Has anyone cancelled during free period, got charged anyway then easily got refunded? If so how?

Hi there @Nowant, thanks for nudging us here. 

 

If you're on a free trial and you cancel before it ends, you won't be charged. However, if you don't cancel and the trial period ends, then you'll be charged for the relevant Dropbox subscription with the billing info you entered for the trial.
