getting unknown error at login

getting "unknown error" at login, yes I have only two devices linked and after I get the error it lists my phone as signed in even though the process failed and I can't access dropbox from it

Hello there @beatricewielich, I hope you're doing well!

Just to clarify, it sounds like you're trying to sign into the mobile app on your phone, rather than through the web browser, is that right?

Are you able to close the error message to continue into your account, or does it appear stuck on this page?

If possible, please send a screenshot excluding any personal info.
