I have had drop box for years. A couple of days ago I got a notice that my drop box was full. I deleted about half the files in my Dropbox and I'm still getting messages that my Dropbox is full and that my account is going to be deleted if I don't upgrade
And on another note it is terribly disappointing and frustrating that we are not able to reach someone by phone for support. I am currently looking at other providers so that I can delete my Dropbox account unless you guys can do something about it
