I cannot log in to my account, and does not send an email to the email to reset my password. how do I restore my profile?

If you were part of a Dropbox Business team, as you mentioned there were work files there, have you tried contacting the team admin for assistance?

Can you let me know if you're getting any error messages, when trying to login?

Did you check your spam folder for the password reset email?

Let me know what you find.

Hello, there are no errors, just does not log in to the account, there were no emails in the spam folder. Email request #14722618. account login [Removed as per Community Guidelines] I have files stored there for work and it's a pity if they are lost.

Hi @brat-2g, were you part of a Dropbox Business team or was it a personal plan? There should be an error message when attempting to login to the account on the site, please could you try again and let us know what you see.

I see the inability to log in and, accordingly, there are no files! please help me recover the files, it's very important!
