i can't get the scond email to work on my profile

hi there, my dropbox is linked to another email and i would like to change to my gmail but in the setting it will not let me choose secondary email and i am using jaws.  can you tell me how to change it so my files go to the new email and so when i get rewuests i don't have to wait for approval

Hi @Tonia71, thanks for checking in. 

You'll have to change the email completely to a different one, instead of adding a second one. 

Just to make sure that we're on the same page, have you tried following the steps mentioned in this article?
