Can anyone help me with contact info? Support is for business account only and mine is now basic. My account was confirmed closed 6.8.2019 Can not find phone number or email address.

Hi @Lars3, thanks for messaging today.

 

Currently, the options to contact the support team vary depending on your plan, and you can see all your options on this page when signed into your account.

 

As this is related to sensitive billing info, I’d recommend logging into your account, clicking this support link and providing as much info as possible regarding the transactions from back then.

 

The support team will then be able to assist from there on. Hope this helps!
