just got a 200$ charge but am confused

just got a 200$ charge but am confused

so i started a trial a while ago and i clicked cancel, but then a few days ago i got a notification that 200$ was withdrawn from my account, so i clicked cnacel again, but i guess i have to click cancel multiple times as it keeps taking me to other sites that i must click cancel on? i went through all the things and am pretty sure its now officially canceled, but i dont know how to request a refund? if anyone knows how plz let me know, as the charge basically took 80% of the money i had in my account

While in most cases, subscriptions for Dropbox Business, Plus, Professional, and Enterprise are non-refundable (including member licences), if you think there’s been an error in billing, please contact our support team and we’ll work with you to find a solution. 

If there's anything else you'd like to ask in the meantime, please let me know and we'll take it from there.
