my drop box is not updated

I cannot update my dropbox even though i have paid for it

Hey there @Saramax1 - how are you today?

I'm sorry if I got anything wrong, but if you'd like to update your billing information, you can do so on your account's billing tab at: 

https://www.dropbox.com/account/billing 

If you're having another issue, please send me a screenshot of it and let me know the device(s) and version(s) of our apps you use as our most recent, stable version of the desktop app is 61.4.95 while the mobile one is at 120.3 for iOS users and 120.2 for Android ones.

Hey there @kgregg62, I'm sorry I don't understand. Could you elaborate on your query or send me a screenshot of what's troubling you so that I can get a better understanding of the matter at hand? 

Remember, we currently offer the following options:

  1. 2 GB – Basic (free)
  2. 1 TB - Plus (on monthly or yearly subscriptions)
  3. 2 TB - Professional (on monthly or yearly subscriptions).
