Someone please help me delete this app, has my laptop all messed up and wont let me delete! is there a real person anywhere i can speak to? I do not use my Gmail account for emails, please send response to [removed per the Community's Guidelines]

Can you please let me know if you've tried following the steps outlined in the relevant Help Center article yet?
