Hello,

I am an SLP supporting nonverbal students who use AAC devices. We use dropbox to back up their customized boards. One of the accts I created for my student (using their email) will not open with the password that was assigned. How can I gain access? I have tried the 'send an email" & no email shows up. I have put no-reply in their contacts. Still doesn't work. When I have tried to set up a new account w/the email address, it says the email address is in use. 

I am trying to set up a new iPad w/the customized board that is saved in dropbox. Is there a person I can contact who can help me with this? 

(I am logged in under my own dropbox since the student's pswd doesn't work so I can't log in as them.)
