I am trying to login to my desktop Dropbox, but the security code not send to my mobile or my email. so I can't login

Hello @rabdu2002, I hope you're well today!

Just to make sure we're on the same page, do you have two step verification enabled, to receive a text message with an additional code every time you sign into Dropbox?

Or are you being prompted that a one time security code was sent to your email address for this login?

Dear Mr. Daphne,

 

thanks for your interest to my problem & i have one one verification only through my mobile cell & long time back no message from Dropbox received through it.
