I have an account on dropbox and i know the password but it tells me your password is expired. And i don’t have access on the email adress I registered with. Can you please help me?

Without access to the email address on file you likely won't be able to gain access to the Dropbox account. Dropbox will only send reset information to the email address associated with your account. Perhaps you can contact the email provider and request access to the email address.
