Hey there, so my card expired and the anual amount wasn't charge, now im trying to upgrade again and it doesnt recognize the card, i need to use ASAP my account. whats the issue
please help

Maybe your problem is exactly that. I don't quite understand your question. If your card is expired, you should maybe contact some support and ask for the specific reason for this incident. Otherwhise you should inform yourself about the firms politics and obligations towards customers.

(Beware it's in german because I'm german but u should be able to understand it with tools like google translate^^)
That site helped a friend of mine with some card issues.
Maybe that brings some light in the dark but i can't guarantee anything 😛
